What services do you offer?

We provide a fully mobile sauna and cold plunge experience that can be brought to your home, event, or business. Whether you’re booking a private session, hosting a wellness gathering, or planning a brand activation, we handle setup, operation, and breakdown so you can simply show up and enjoy.
How does the mobile sauna work?

We bring our sauna and cold plunge directly to your location and set everything up for you. All we need is a suitable parking space and a little time to heat up. Our wood burning sauna takes 1 hour to heat up (we do not charge for this time) Once it’s set, you and your guests can rotate between heat and cold at your own pace.
What do I need to provide?

How long should I stay in the sauna or cold plunge?
Not much—just a flat, accessible space for setup. We’ll confirm details ahead of time, including access, timing, and any logistics. Cold plunges are included in our standard rental but you will need to provide a water hook up and additional ice. We provide towels and sauna hats for your experience.
How many people can use it at once?

How far do you travel?
Our setup comfortably accommodates 10-12 in the sauna and 2 in the cold plunges. For larger events, we can help structure timing so everyone gets a great experience.
Most people follow a cycle of 10–20 minutes in the sauna and 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge, but there’s no strict rule. It’s all about what feels good for you.
We serve Denver and the surrounding suburbs at our standard rate. For locations beyond the Front Range, additional travel fees may apply based on distance. We’re happy to provide a custom quote for your event.
